WestJet has nailed it again, this year with their Christmas Miracle campaign. Last week a team of merry WestJetters set out to give back to their customers using modern technology and a little Christmas cheer.
WestJet set up an electronic booth in the airport, asking travellers what they wanted for Christmas. Little did the travellers know, the merry WestJetters set out to local malls to collect all the presents that WestJet travellers asked for while they were in flight … including the new socks and underwear that one traveller requested. When travellers arrived at the airport terminal in Calgary after their flight, they were given a very special surprise.
Last year, WestJet used a very special flashmob to help spread Christmas cheer. We're interested to see what they'll come up with next year.
